Rakthamoksham includes an ‘Aabhyantar Snehapan,’ i.e., taking Ghee or oil orally. Amount of snehapan defers patient to patient.
According to ancient ayurvedic practices, raktamokshana is done in four ways
A) Siravedh
B) Jalaukavachaan
C) Shrunga
D) Alabu
At Aum Ayurveda, we follow theSiravedh & Jalaukavacharana
A) Siravedh:- We take out the venous blood from the bloodstream. Around 100 – 150ml of blood is drained at a single sitting without any side effects.
B) Jalaukavacharan:- We apply a jalauka or Leech. It sucks contaminated blood and also reestablishes a good blood supply in the area of application.
Post Procedure:- No major processes are involved after the procedure is completed.

Favorable time for the procedure
